I've just begun to watch a webinar on study allowance.
The people doing the explanations are speaking slowly, simply and clearly, as if they're addressing a bunch of idiots.
It helps that much is not that different from decades ago, so I can allow myself to be distracted. Also, I'm not the student :-p
